BUSINESS HISTORY

  • 2001

    Establishment of Treeview Co., Ltd

    2002

    Import tubes from USA and Japan to assemble into complete CRT TV. Start selling in Thailand market.

  • 2003

    Expand to Global market and exported to India.

    2004

    Added new product CRT monitor to the company and join hand with Top dealers in Thailand

  • 2005

    Open Booth at Gitex and extended market to Africa.

    2006

    Introduction to LCD TV and ship the first order to Madagaskar

  • 2007

    Introduction of Thai-India FTA and expanded market to India

    2008

    Assembling all sizes from 19 - 50 inches LCD TV

  • 2009

    Implemented LED TV

    2010

    Installed new production line to manage bigger orders and also larger sizes.

  • 2011

    Joined hands with Haier to suppler to India and Skyworth for Thailand Market.

    2012

    Built Class 1000 Cleanroom and has the latest machineries in SEA.

  • 2013

    Used Korean know how for our Cleanroom and even hired professionals from Korea to teach our workers for techniques in Cleanroom.

    2014

    Shifted to new and larger factories which can support upto 100K TVs /month.

    Introduction of 84 and Videowall projects.

    New Factory with new Lines to support production.

Quality Assurance

AT TREEVIEW we strive to make sustainable products from process to product after-life. The performance of our integrated quality management is internationally accredited. Some of our current accreditations are :

- ISO 9001 : 2015 for Total Quality Management which covers processes, products, and people

- ISO 14001 : 2005 for Environmental Management System

A comprehensive Quality Assurance Laboratory enable us to assess and control each production stage with the procedure needed to comply with the required QA standard.

Warehouse

The internal organization of the building is simple; a central loading dock where trailers unload is f anked by storage spaces on either side, area for raw material rack is 35% and can hold 856 pallets. The spaces are filled with a multi-level racking system.

The FGS storage areas are 65% and can hold 1536 pallets located in single height spaces above the loading dock area. Given the budget, time frame and available building technologies, the building does not rely on fine detailing and finishing. Instead it attempts to give a robust, tectonic form to a discrete set of ideas.
